Payment Policy
Payment of Course Fees
All students, regardless of funding source, are responsible for their course fees.
- Self-Funded Students: Must pay the full fee before training starts or on the first day of training.
- Sponsored Students: Digitcyber Infotech will follow the sponsor's payment requirements.
Installment Payment Options Students may choose to pay in two installments (50% upfront, 50% after 4 weeks). The first installment is due on or before the training start date.
Overdue Payments Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in:
- Removal from the class and project
- Denial of access to CV review, interview preparation, and work references
- Potential removal from the system after 4 weeks of non-payment of balance
To avoid disruptions and late fees, please ensure timely payments.
Refund Process
- The registration fee of £50 (N75,000) is non-refundable once registered. Refunds exclude the registration fee.
- Refund processing takes 7-21 working days from the request date and is refunded to the original payment account.

Refund Process
- Candidates who withdraw before their training start date forfeit the £50 (N75,000) non-refundable registration fee.
- Candidates who withdraw after the start of training (taking at least 1 class) are ineligible for any refund.
- Candidates who miss their first class have until 1 week (5 working days) after the start date to request a refund. After this period, they are ineligible for any refund whatsoever. If such candidates request a refund within the allowed window, they will also forfeit the £50(N75,000) non-refundable registration fee.
